De-stress as you detox: KINN’s caring approach for you and your home

Has anyone else been cleaning like mad? I’ve cleared out wardrobes, deep-cleaned cupboards and am forever spritzing my surfaces at the moment. It’s definitely a sign of the times.

Bringing a little organic cheer to these proceedings is KINN‘s eco range of home cleaning products – not only do they smell divine, with no dreaded hospital-like disinfectant odours, but they are kind to the environment and skin. Using plant-based ingredients, products, such as this Lavender Eco Bathroom Cleaner, £4.25, are free from petrochemicals, phosphates, enzymes, synthetic fragrance and animal by-products, harsh chemicals, dye, and are not tested on animals.

The Lavender Bathroom Cleaner uses essential oils, rather than synthetic fragrances – so after using the rooms smells of lavender and feels fresh and clean. It works a treat on baths, showers, sinks and taps – leaving them polished and sparkling. Spritz it on and swipe off with clean water, and it cleans and polishes without leaving any residue.

Also from the KINN home cleaning range is the Lavender & Rosemary Eco Washing Up Liquid, £3.50. It is gentle on your hands, but tough on grease, and leaves dishes and your glasses clean and spotless. The lavender and rosemary essential oil scent is not too overpowering, either, just very subtle. It is also available in an orange scent, too. It’s like a perfumed soap for your dishes.

What’s more, with their kind formulas, hands are not left chapped or sore after a day’s cleaning or washing-up after a meal. With formulas infused with natural scents, rooms are left fragranced like a spring garden, rather than an industrial factory. What’s not to love?

Created by mother and daughter duo Marie Lavabre and Sophie Lavabre-Barrow, KINN’s motto is to ’embrace a clean beauty way of living’. “We founded KINN because we think that if we’re looking after what we put on our skin, it also makes sense to look after what we use in our homes,” they say. “Our ethos is Clean Beauty for you, your family and your home. Organic, natural and eco friendly can be on-trend too.”
