I am loving Decorté‘s Sun Shelter Multi Protection Water Resistant SPF 50. Firstly it has a lovely hybrid gel/lotion texture, leaving the face velvety soft, so is ideal to use as a final step in your regime. The Japanese brand is known for its innovative and forward-thinking approach to skincare, and this products goes one step further than just preventing sun damage – it hydrates, firms and also prevents collagen degeneration caused by UV-A rays. Sun Shelter is also resistant to water, perspiration and accidental rubbing-off, providing full daily protection.
The damaging effects to our skin caused by harsh sun rays and pollution are increasing year on year. Sun rays shine on the earth all year round, including during rainy and cloudy weather, which means our faces and bodies are continuously exposed and prone to sun damage. It’s essential, therefor, to use a sunscreen every day to prevent premature ageing, sunspots and hyper-pigmentation.
This little gem is lightly fragranced with floral cypress, and is easy to blend in (with none of that white residue many sincere products have). It’s a little holiday in bottle.
