Christmas Gift Guide – Mulberry and Mistletoe and don’t forget the G&T. How Baylis & Harding captures the spirit of Christmas

Baylis & Harding does Christmas so well! Whether it is a little festive beauty addition for your own home (I’m personally partial to a seasonal hand soap – I love those little touches) or the perfect gift for a friend or loved one, they have such a variety of gifts, which change each year and many of which are limited edition thus bringing that extra special something.

Take the Mulberry Fizz Hand Wash (£2.15, boots.com). I’ve earmarked this for myself (sorry, not sorry!). I really love the midnight blue and gold finishing, so it feels like it’s at the sophisticated end of the seasonal spectrum.

Hands are left soft and scented with the limited-edition Mulberry Fizz scent. The formula uses mulberry paired with sweet blackberries with a deep, velvety musk base. It deep cleans and hydrates – just perfect for this time of year.

But let’s face it, Christmas is all about giving, so my first gift choice from the Baylis & Harding line-up is this gorgeous Fuzzy Duck duo. The Fuzzy Duck Winter Wonderland Bottle Set (£7, sainsburys.co.uk) is made up of two of the brand’s classic soaps – the Mulberry & Mistletoe and Gin & Tonic scents.

The liquid soaps come on a wooden stand, which gives a nod to the brand’s Cotswolds boutique hotel, also named The Fuzzy Duck. The countryside vibe is also echoed in the red ribbon and duck motifs.

Inspired by classic cocktails, the Gin & Tonic scent is refreshing and uplifting, while the Mulberry & Mistletoe brings the heart of the season to the fore. And you can’t ask more than that in a gift.
